As the matriarch of Valam Landscape Solutions, Mrs. Valarmathi M brings decades of wisdom, compassion, and a deep connection to the land. Her vision and unwavering support laid the foundation upon which the company was built. A lifelong advocate of sustainable living and traditional agricultural practices, she has been the guiding force behind the company's ethos of integrity and community.

As Chairperson, she oversees the company's cultural roots and ensures that Valam remains committed to ethical practices, environmental stewardship, and uplifting local farming communities. With over 07 years of experience in landscape architecture and horticulture, Thirumal M envisioned Valam Landscape Solutions as a bridge between modern design and sustainable practices. A certified landscape architect and agri-tech enthusiast, he has personally overseen more than 500+ landscape projects across Tamil Nadu.

Under his leadership, Valam has grown from a small garden consultancy to a full-service landscape company offering everything from residential gardens to large-scale agricultural setups. His philosophy — "Every space has a story; we help nature tell it" — drives the company's commitment to excellence, sustainability, and innovation.

With a strong academic foundation in B.Sc. Agriculture and years of hands-on experience in sustainable farming, Mrs. Mohanapriya S brings scientific expertise and practical wisdom to Valam's agricultural division. As the wife of our Founder & CEO Thirumal M, she shares a powerful partnership in building the company's vision while establishing herself as a distinguished leader in modern agricultural solutions.

Mohanapriya specializes in precision farming, soil health management, integrated pest management, and sustainable cropping systems. She leads our farm consulting division, helping farmers and agri-entrepreneurs optimize yields while maintaining ecological balance. Her expertise covers polyhouse design, drip irrigation systems, and organic farming practices, ensuring every agricultural project is both profitable and environmentally responsible.

Program Manager & Lead Trainer

With an advanced degree in M.Sc. (Agricultural Entomology) and extensive experience in pest management and farmer education, M. Sathiyaseelan serves as the Program Manager & Lead Trainer at Valam Landscape Solutions. His deep expertise in insect biology and integrated pest management strategies has made him a trusted resource for farmers across Tamil Nadu.

Sathiyaseelan specializes in integrated pest management, biological control methods, farmer training programs, and crop protection strategies. He leads our education and capacity building initiatives, designing and delivering comprehensive training modules on sustainable farming practices, pest identification, and eco-friendly crop protection. His hands-on demonstration programs and field-level training sessions have empowered hundreds of farmers to adopt sustainable pest management practices that reduce chemical dependency while improving crop yields.
