1. DISCIPLINE AND PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

• Adhere strictly to the company’s policies, safety regulations, and ethical guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, research data, and client details.
• Follow all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards while handling machinery and tools.
• Arrange your own food, travel, and accommodation during the internship period.
• Maintain regular attendance and professional behavior with supervisors and clients.

2. ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum attendance of 75–80% required for completion certificate.
• Working hours: 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Additional hours may be required if tasks are pending.
• Obtain prior approval for leaves. Inform supervisor immediately in case of delay or absence.

3. WORK ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in soil analysis, crop health monitoring, and irrigation scheduling.
• Participate in field operations, supervised application of fertilizers, and pest control.
• Collect and analyze field data related to crop growth and farm operations.
• Submit a Final Project Report summarizing observations and findings.
• Support nursery management and landscape development activities.

4. DRESS CODE STANDARDS

• Wear appropriate field attire: Full-length trousers and long-sleeved shirts.
• Use sturdy, closed-toe safety footwear or reinforced boots while working.
• Carry and display a valid company or institutional ID card at all times.
• Follow all workplace safety instructions related to protective equipment usage.
